I have taken this photo of these two gorgeous Labradors
and converted them into a sketch...
Best Of Friends
...and put them onto your January 2012 Calendar, all ready to download and colour-in with your groups.
As the shading is already there, just a light colouring with a paint-wash or colour pencils will be enough to bring out their handsome coats!

You wanted more Christmas Placemats and so here they are...!
The Nativity Scene by Gustav Dore (in Public Domain) is shaded, so just lightly colour it in, so the shading comes through - or you can leave it as is and just colour in the lettering!
The Poinsettia flower in the second Placemat is known here, in the UK, as the Christmas flower. As it is a plant that grows in warmer climates (common in Zimbabwe and South Africa) it has to be grown here in heated greenhouses, ready for the Christmas season.

These are 2 x A4 Christmas Placemats for you to Print
and then colour-in.
Cut around the edge with pinking shears for an attractive finish.
Stick on sparkly stars or stickers to give them a bit of bling!
