Here is your June 2011 calendar...
I painted this one with Acrylic paints, but I think an easier option would be to use felt-tip pens or pencil crayons, as it is a bit more challenging than usual!
Do whatever suits your group - enjoy!
My aim is to help keep our elderly and less-abled folk busy and happy! However...many of the crafts and activities will also appeal to all ages and abilities, so do have a browse...Loads of different crafts and quizzes - very easy to find by clicking on category buttons below! Have also introduced some discussion on ACEO Miniature watercolour painting - a new hobby?
Woo! Hello June!
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear you ahve guarded your pots! I had to move mine up off the roof onto a table and little chairs because I caught a Squirrel having a go!!
A friend told me that sprinkling chilli powder around vunerable plants keeps them at bay.. we need to try it.
Poppies are out in force around where I work, it looks so pretty, it's funny to think about them being all about in June, because of 11th nov I always find myself surprised when i see them dancing in the sun.
Essex has lovely countryside. :) Less rugged, more soft and looked after!
